Training & Data Retention Guarantees
External model providers do not train on your data. Zero Data Retention (ZDR), agreements with our LLM providers ensure no data is stored or used for training. Inputs and outputs remain in memory only for the duration of processing and are then deleted.
Encryption in Transit and at Rest
All data stored are encrypted at rest using SSE-S3 (AES-256), enabled by default. Encryption in transit is ensured via TLS 1.2+ for all communications (APIs, uploads, and inter-service communication). ISMS aligned with ISO 27001/2.
