This Cookie Policy explains how D&M GROUP, the company operating the verra brand and the website verra.work (“we”, “us”, “the website”), uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

These keep the site secure and functioning and store your cookie preferences so we don’t ask you on every page. Our website uses a necessary cookie to remember that you have acknowledged the cookie notice for 180 days.

3.2 Audience measurement

We do not currently use Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics or other audience-measurement tools on this website. We do not install advertising tracking scripts.

3.3 Embedded third-party content

Some pages include content embedded from third parties:

• Google Forms. Our contact and demo forms are embedded from Google Forms. They load directly when you visit the relevant page, independently of the cookie banner, including before you dismiss it. Loading a form connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Consent to process your submitted request and optional email updates is collected separately within the form.

Google may read or set its own cookies or similar technologies depending on your browser, Google account and service settings. These are controlled by Google, not by us or our cookie banner; please refer to Google’s cookie information and Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies placed on this website

The table below lists the first-party cookie used by our website. Exact names and durations of any cookies used by Google Forms are controlled by Google and may vary with browser and account settings. We do not list unverified Google cookie names or durations as if they applied to every visitor.

This necessary cookie does not require consent. It is separate from any storage managed by Google within its embedded forms.

5. How to manage your consent

On the website. When you first visit verra.work, a banner provides information about cookies. Dismissing it records that you have seen the notice. There are currently no optional website cookie categories to accept or refuse. Google Forms loads independently of this notice. You can view the necessary-cookie setting by clicking the button below.

In your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. Instructions are available in your browser’s help section. Blocking third-party cookies may affect Google Forms functionality.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Google and our hosting provider Amazon Web Services operate internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
